Advice to help us all keep safe and well

While there is no obligation to follow particularly Covid [SARS-CoV-2] guidelines, we continue our own rules on safety and hygiene – especially in light of ongoing variants, as well as every-day flu and respiratory viruses.

Although it is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering, we respectfully advise our clients that our dispensers may choose to wear face masks during your treatment. If you would like a face mask yourself, we are happy to supply one, please just ask.

PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP EACH OTHER WELL BY:

  • Arriving at your appointment time, not too early
  • Wearing a face covering if you prefer, which we can provide
  • Observing hand hygiene at all times [we can provide sanitiser]
  • If you are feeling unwell due to Covid, flu or respiratory virus symptoms, please postpone your appointment with us.
  • If you are due your 18-24 month hearing check-up: This can easily be rearranged if you are unwell.
  • If you are unwell and require advice or accessories: Please call us and we will do our best to help you, including offering a delivery service for batteries, accessories and repairs (P&P applies).
  • When staff are busy you may be put through to our answerphone service, in which case please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
